Giclée Prints

These are fine art digital prints using high quality light-fast inks. Each of my giclée prints is colour balanced to the original and printed on to canvas by a specialist printer. Each print is presented rolled in a postal tube ready for you to mount and frame.

Payment for Prints (UK delivery)

£5 flat rate.
Orders are dispatched on receipt of payment by Paypal or by credit card via the online checkout system.

Dispatch time for Prints (UK delivery)

This can vary between a few days and a couple of weeks depending on whether the item is in stock and whether I am away. I will however respond as soon as I can to an email enquiry on any specific prints.

We will deliver to the address (including the correct postcode) as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect.

Buying Originals

The originals featured on the site are at present available but may be on display at a gallery. Prices vary from £150 to £600.  Each original is a one-off in terms of sizes and framing.

More detail will be added to the website in due course. In the meantime, contact me if you are interested in buying.

Deliveries outside the UK

A flat rate of £10 is charged for shipping. 
You need to pay any import duties if they are due; check with your national tax and duties institution if you are not sure.

Returns Policy

You are entitled to a refund if you return the item within 14 days from receiving the goods and they are returned in saleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of postage & risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of me receiving the goods back.

However, if the goods are faulty or not as described, I will refund the cost of return postage.

Like most websites, we store information about your visit in the form of ‘cookies’. The cookies help us to tailor our website to your preferences. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked to from pages on the website. We do our best to make sure everything is as it should be. Let us know if you spot something, which you think shouldn’t be on the site.

Your Data
When you send information to via the contact form on this website, we receive this information in an email. Generally, we delete this email, once we have replied, and we not store you details in the long-term. Deleted emails will be retained on our hosting account servers for approximately one month following deletion. Exceptions to this would include emails discussing contracts or where are required to keep information to comply with government laws (eg. for tax records). Also where information in the email is needed on an ongoing basis; e.g. working on a project.

All data we receive via the website will only be used for the purpose expressed on the particular form. We won’t pass on your personal details to third-parties (exceptions to this are listed below). By contacting Carol Cruickshank, you won’t be added to any mailing lists. If you want to subscribe to Carol’s blog, there is the option at the bottom of every page on this website.

If you subscribe to the blog, your email address is stored on the site, purely for the purposes of sending a link when a new blog post is published. You can unsubscribe yourself from this blog, using the links to be found on any of the emails you receive from the subscription.

If you make a purchase from this site, we store your contact details (email address, name, postal address), as a record of the sale. These details are likely to be stored for up to five years, to comply with tax regulations. We do not see your financial details if make payment with Paypal.

Who we share your data with
This website is hosted in the UK. Emails you send us pass through the hosts servers. You can read their privacy policy here. It’s possible that emails we receive could be viewed via Googlemail, MS Mail or other similar service, in which case your email, would be visible to these services.

We use an Automattic (the people behind wordpress) plugin to deliver the blog subscription. This means your email address is connected to an account at Automattic to enable the service to work. You can read their privacy policy here.

With every purchase, the Automattic server logs each request from your site. Each request is tagged with a unique ID. This unique ID is an anonymous identifier that is not mapped back to this site. To protect the anonymity of our customers, Automatti strip merchant and customer identifying details (the merchant name, street address, phone number, and customer name, street address, and phone number) from each request before it’s logged.

If you make a payment to through PayPal, you might like to read their Privacy Policy. We do not see your financial details if make payment with Paypal.

If you make a purchase from, it’s likely some of your details will be included in accounting to be submitted for tax purposes. This might include something like the receipt we receive for your Paypal payment.

Your Rights
You can contact us to request a list of data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes.
